I am always finding dead things to draw. This small frog was lying at the side of the road when I returned from my Osprey walk. I didn't paint it then as I needed to get back, but I returned and found it again. It was dried and leathery, and really was the most amazing blend of magentas and blues, with a little bit of yellow ochre.
