Every time I see Art (Diane's father) I learn something. Often the subject is trees. Diane, her parents, and I went walking along the Cascade River. Diane and her mother wandered ahead with Java, stopping for Diane to draw. Art and I stopped at various trees and plants so that I could sketch and take notes.
