We were always running into people in Grand Marais. Everyone knew everyone. The Hedstroms are also related to lots of people there. It was a very interesting experience to be constantly introduced to this family member or other.
Diane and I took a donut break this day and looked out at the lake. The fog would come in and out. If you looked away from the point of land you were drawing for even a moment, when you looked back it might be totally obscured by fog, or standing in bright sunlight. I found that phenomenon and the delightfully cool, but not muggy, temperatures, ideal. |
