I went out sketching for the afternoon with a couple friends and we found ourselves at Art and Architecture. It's a large warehouse place which sells bits and pieces salvaged from torn down buildings. You can find fireplace mantels with elaborate carvings, odd light fixtures, interesting stained glass windows, unusual drawer pulls, you name it you can find it here. I also took a moment to sketch the tile floor in the entry way; a beautiful use of tile and copper tubing.
