I haven't had the heart to pick up Dottie's yard toys. They get moved a bit when the grass is cut, but otherwise they still litter the lawn like they did in the days before her death. There were no animals in the yard this evening when I went outside. The birds have been very absent this summer. I decided to draw this flip-flop.
