This dried beetle was sitting on a shelf in the kitchen. Steve found it one year. It was in pretty good shape, and fun to draw. Of course it also gave me an opportunity for more splatters. The small dot in the square box on the recto page is the size of a deer tick I took off of Karen. It was the size of a period in a 12 pt. font. Tiny indeed.
