It struck me one day how empty the room was without Dottie. For years I had been drawing her without her surroundings, so this day I drew the room where I often sketched her while she napped. This is a journal with Zerkall Nideggen paper, which takes a wash OK. The book is too large to fit on my scanner so I had to butt the pages together in Photoshop. There is a bit of a burp down in the gutter by my foot which is not in the original.
